As part of our new environmental initiatives, Relo Hotels & Resorts will be making some changes to our cleaning methods and services for consecutive stays from July 15, 2025.

We are taking action to do what we can now to protect the global environment, aiming to conserve water resources and energy and reduce CO2 emissions.

[About the introduction of eco-friendly cleaning]

For guests staying multiple nights, we will provide the following "eco-cleaning" as a standard instead of the usual daily cleaning.
- Rooms will not be cleaned or beds made, but upon request, the following services will be provided:
- Garbage collection
- Change of towels
- Replenish amenities

[Regarding regular cleaning]
To maintain the hygiene of your room during your stay, we will provide regular cleaning every three days free of charge.
You can also add a "regular cleaning" to your eco cleaning day for an additional fee if you wish.

- Paid cleaning information:
・Cost: 4,000 yen per session (excluding tax)
・Application deadline: 5:00 p.m. the day before the desired cleaning date
